Last month, our fully remote team came together in person for our annual Order Desk retreat, this time in the vibrant and (very) hot city of Da Nang, Vietnam.
We used the rare face time to share real stories of how customers are using Order Desk in creative ways—routing orders through multiple fulfillment centers, integrating with niche platforms, and setting up automation rules that save hours each week—and to amplify our company mission: to empower businesses by simplifying and automating order management. Your stories and experiences quite literally inspire the future of Order Desk.

New integration: Dimona
This stood out to us as a potentially unique opportunity since it's one of our first-available print integrations to serve LATAM customers. Their full suite of services, including DTG, DTF and embroidery, and strategically located warehouses and global production centres all make Dimona a clever choice for scaling businesses.
