It’s okay to ask for help
Does your team know how to use Order Desk?
This time of year tends to be a lull for ecommerce businesses. Your audience might be out enjoying the sun, so sales can dip in a lot of verticals.
Last month, I mentioned that it was a good time to audit your Order Desk store to make sure everything was in tip top shape. But this month, it’s a good time to start thinking about training your team on how to use Order Desk effectively. Wouldn’t it be nice to take a vacation knowing that your store is in good hands?
Most of our subscriptions offer the ability to invite unlimited users to your store, so the slow season is a great time to get your team added and acclimated before volume picks up again. And with the ability to set custom permissions, you’ll be able to ensure that only the most necessary data is available to certain invited users.
You can learn more about how to set that up right in our knowledge base at this link.
New integration
Brand new to Order Desk this month is Extensiv Order Manager (formerly Skubana). This new integration lets you push orders straight into Extensiv, keeping stock level and shipment updates in sync automatically. It’s built to support close knit operations that need coordination between your shopping cart and your Extensiv warehouse.
