What's New At Order Desk? - February 2025

Lock, (Re)Stock and Two Smoking Barrels

Unfortunately, that fancy multi-function hyper spatula that your customer bought for their beau on Black Friday is already busted, and your 90-day holiday return policy is still in effect. You’re not stressed though, right? You’ve handled returns before.

But wait! One of your other customers had buyers remorse after they picked up a pallet of new socks, another thinks their new gadget is too complicated for their elderly uncle, another opted to switch hardware ecosystems right after they bought something on sale… this is getting complicated.

Thankfully, returns can be just as easy to manage in Order Desk as importing orders. Orders can be tagged with a specific color if they need certain attention from someone on your team, or you can create a rule that emails order details to your accounts payable department when an order is dropped into a specific folder. And, since most integrations won’t accept an order that has already been sent to them, we’ve got ways to resubmit orders for fulfillment, adjust your inventory counts, and even refund customers right from inside Order Desk.
