What's New At Order Desk? - November 2024

Stuck in the middle?

Sandwiched between the month of costume and decoration sales (October) and the month of gift-giving (December), November could certainly be accused of having an identity crisis.

It’s when holiday shopping starts to ramp up, but it isn't quite the final stretch as far as making sure your business is closing out the year with strong sales.

Some may consider November to be the inside of a holiday shopping sandwich, but that doesn’t mean you can’t make the most of it.

Now is a great time to make sure your Black Friday ducks are in a row! We recently made a video with some excellent ideas for getting started.

Etsy Integration Update

Etsy has quietly announced the removal of third-party shipping support.

Due to this change, Order Desk is now unable to provide support for new US-based Etsy customers. While new Order Desk customers may continue to connect to Etsy, we won’t be able to download address details or report shipping for US orders at this time.

There will be no interruption in service for Order Desk users who already have an active connection with Etsy

Until next time,
